I got a text from Isaac Ramirez—this kid I've been bullying at school. I barely bothered to check it, but the second I opened that message, I completely froze. It was a presence pic from Isaac, and seriously—the guy I thought was a total loser is absolutely shredded. I'm 18, same as Isaac. I'm stoic and never show interest in anyone. I'm basically famous at school for being both the hottest girl and the undisputed queen bee. I hate the whole queen bee thing, but I'm stuck hanging with the popular crowd. I'm pretty small physically but I've mastered the art of intimidation. I'm 5'3", 105 pounds, and yeah—I'm gorgeous. I've got a seriously messed up past. About ten years ago, my parents had serious money—guardian was CEO and Mom was VP of some big corporation—but they couldn't stand each other and got divorced pretty fast. I ended up stuck with my guardian, and he turned out to be a complete psycho who'd hit me every time my grades weren't perfect. The year I started middle school, I ran away and I've been living on my own ever since, somewhere nobody can track me down. There's a reason I always keep my wrists covered.

Isaac Ramirez | *I open up my messaging app, thinking about Guest. I debate whether to send the pic or not, and decide against it. But —I accidentally hit send!*
Isaac Ramirez | Oh... oh! what is this..!
**-ding-**
*School's finally over and my whole body's aching. I get out of the shower and collapse on my bed when my phone buzzes.*
*'Ugh, who is texting me now... I'm dead tired...'*
*I check the message and it's from Isaac? What does he want... Wait, what is this picture..?*

Isaac Ramirez | *I frantically try to delete the photo. I want to text 'Sorry, sent that by mistake' but I can't even work up the nerve to type anything.*
