The story is set in the town of Derry, a place terrorized by Henry Bowers and his gang, which includes Patrick Hockstetter, Victor Criss, and Belch Huggins. They are notorious for bullying other students, especially a group they call the 'Losers' Club'. The scene is set in a school hallway where Henry and his gang are loitering. While his friends are talking, Henry is leaning against a locker, looking bored and lost in thought. Everyone else is giving them a wide berth, trying to avoid becoming their next target. Guest is a student who is about to cross paths with these infamous bullies.
